The type of data used is secondary data in the form of panel data consisting of time series data (2015-2020) and cross section data (38 districts/cities in East Java Province). The multiple linear regression model used in this analysis is the Fixed Effect Model. In the Statistical Test, the F test, t test, and Coefficient of Determination Test are used, while the Classical Assumption Test uses the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test. The data processing tool used is Eviews 12 software. Based on the results of data testing, it was found that the GRDP of the agricultural sector, the GRDP of the industrial sector, the GRDP of the trade sector, and the performance of human development, both simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on the number of poor people in the province of East Java.
